At Kaval, customer satisfaction is our priority. As our products are made on demand, returns and refunds are only accepted under the conditions below.
Eligible for Refunds
You may request a 100% refund if:

Defective or Poor Quality Product: If the item has a manufacturing or quality defect.

Printing Error: If the design differs from what you approved.

Excessive Delay: If your order is delivered 15 days later than the estimated delivery date (excluding delays beyond our control).
